https://forums.maxperformanceinc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=846773 He may well be the very reason we gather at Norwalk. Huge huge force of good for all hobbyists, racers, and keeping the faithful motivated. His persona was always super positive, patient, and I had much fun at his dinners when I mis...

Re: 26th Annual Firehawk Rally - CANCELED
Only a small minority of people are masking. Not the folks coming here from the Illinois,a closed down state. So this pandemic just keeps going because we are only hitting like 2 to 4% of exposed, and it takes 60% exposed for herd immunity. And then you compound what we fail to understand, with Nava...

Re: Share Ideas for the 25th Rally
I convoyed the first few years. Might work out again, if start time isn't too early. 2 hrs away from Geneseo which was the former hotel stop. That made for a 4 AM early start to start driving for a 6 intercept time.

Ask the bar to remain open. Why would they close when we're in town? Somebody didn't communicate that we WOULD be back shortly.

https://procarreviews.com/best-carports/ Buy a high grade car port. Anchors weights can be concrete in 5 gal buckets, not permanent. Usually pass by city code. Block all UV, which is the worst thing you can do to your car in CA. If your rental permits it, a 20 ft car hauler trailer is relatively che...

Re: How to do a coolant change (drain and refill, no flush)
A car that is 22 years old needs brake lines and reservoir fluid changed. Condensation occurs from season changes, and that water ruins the wheel cylinders and caliper. You don't even need to use the car, still does the damage. I pull all wheels, do in one process with achelper, or by using the brak...

Re: How to do a coolant change (drain and refill, no flush)
A pointer. Old school mechanics always like distilled water, no ionization, and distilling removes minerals that form the rust issues. It's the most important element in reducing later onset rust issues. And aluminum does rust (the radiator). You aren't getting clean refill unless you flush with tap...
