Re: Anyone in Ontario or NY going to Camaro show?

It was good meeting you this weekend Ryan. Good weekend for Firehawks. We took home 3 of 10 4th gen trophies. :naughty: It was an informal non judged event. A local Corvette club volunteered to pick the "Top 10" of each generation of Firebird and Camaro. GM opened up the doors to the Camaro/Regal as...

Re: e-town pontiac show

Sorry to jump in late. By now you know they weren't there.

I had two Little League games yesterday, so we weren't making it. It was a great day for the show, asides the pollen. Hope you had a good day.

Re: Airlid

it was a frequent Yachnin rant when the WS6 guys thought they got better performance due to the larger opening. they didnt. the opening was larger only because it had to be taller to reach the inlets on the back of the WS6 hood. I do recall speaking to Jeff about this often. The trick for the 4th ge...

Re: "The Hump"

Good history lesson...... The floorpan in a 4th gen is the same floorpan in the 3rd gens. "The hump" was part of the floorpan due to the catalytic converter. That converter was dropped when the LT1 found its way into the 4th gen. There is NO reason for the hump to be there in the 4th gens. The LT1 a...
