You can increase the size of the crank and/or rods and pistons to increase the displacement of air. For example, if you have a 350 with a stroke of 3.48", increasing the stroke to 3.75" will give you a 383. You could have a 383 but if it isn't built with the right parts it isn't going to make power...

when i dyno'd on a Mustang-dyno Jet. the highest was 295@5000, and 342 torque @2000


could the crapy dyno, 1/4mile times be held back with 24lb. injectors?, i'm taking a wild guess that the cam is pretty small too...

Wendover Drag way, in Wendover, NV. they do not have anything at the track but times, no speed trap or 60' times. i was told i was spinning alot through first gear and was still getting low to mid 14's

so, what makes it a motor a 383 stroker? because for now on this is a stock firehawk with exhaust. there is no freeking way it has a 383 with the dyno #'s as low as they are('stang-dyno jet, 295rwhp) and low 14sec., 1/4 mile times... i was checking out LS1tech... this fooking bird isn't all that far...

i like my Pacesetter long tube coated heads. get coated! and a custom "Y"pipe with an electric cut out.. sounds awsome, but not obnoxious, 4.10 gears are really nice to have too

yup, yup, that is my car at Vegas. the mods i have done are 383.(?) pacesetter headers, 4.10 gears and a tune. What does 383(?) mean? I know it's the cubic inches of a motor but why do you have a ? after it and why does it say (it should be anyway) in your signature? the short story on the ??383??:...
