ebay Firehawks

Did anyone happen to see a black 1995 Firehawk on ebay- had 21k miles - so they say. Anyways it had no reserve and closed at only $9200 or something like that- why so cheap - it has some dumb mods, but still why you think it went for so little with those miles?
