New Firebird Formula

Post by blkhwk » Sun Jun 01, 2014 9:08 am

Picked this up a few weeks ago. Had it shipped from Maryland. 1991 Formula 350 hardtop. There are many more knowledgeable on here than myself but the best I can find is there were 1098 Formula 350's made in 1991, which seemingly makes it more rare than my 02 Hawk. So far I've done LS1 injectors, EGR delete, R15 wheels and firehawk tires, Accel 1000 throttle body, SLP Runners, LS1 alum. driveshaft and DTS rear diff. girdle and replaced leaking pinion seal. I have a laundry list of other stuff to do.

Thanks Kelly 8)

Looking forward to a good opportunity to get some pics of the Hawk and the Formula together. BTW we're planning to move back to NE. Hopefully get to see you sometime.

Back into Lincoln area again?
Why's that? New RR assignment?

You should put the Firehawk Rally into your calendar now.
We'll be coming thru the area on that Thursday.

The rally dates make it difficult for me, and my 8 day work schedule. Plus figuring in days for flying back to work.

Thanks Guys  , I've been really enjoying tinkering with it. I love my LS1 Hawk, but it's been pretty fun goin back to the SBC stuff.
