97 Firehawk #70 has Come Home to Roost

Post by ajsfirehawk » Fri Apr 10, 2015 10:51 pm

Hello Gang. I've got Firehawk #70. My wife and I are the second owners and the 4th owners. My dad was the guy in the middle as the third owner. I sold it to him 8 years ago. Once dad starting sending me listings about fourth gen Firebirds and 'were these a good deal" I knew it was time to share it with him. We took it on a Power Tour, to Seattle and his last road trip to Yosemite two years ago. He sent it back to me this week as he is no longer able to drive. So it is a two family car as we bought it from the original owner. Can't say enough about how cool these cars are and how much fun they are to drive. Tons of good memories.

Question: I don't know how to register the car to show that it is found, alive and well. When I come to the site, I can look at the cars from every year by serial number. But when I sign in with my ID, I can longer see them. Why such a limited set of choices once you sign in?

Driving season is near!

I am, and I figured it out. (I'm slow but trainable. ) I did register on the Firehawkowners site later last night after I surfed around and located it. Thank you for following up.

My wife and I own Firehawk #70 as well. Only ours is a 1995. She also is the 2nd owner. Her brother was the original owner.

Wow. That qualifies as an amazing coincidence. Very cool to know the full history of a car.
