Thank you Jeff Yachnin

word is starting to get out, so I might as well share it here with the Firehawk crowd, seeing Firehawk is where it all got started for SLP Engineering.

Tomorrow is the last day at SLP for Jeff Yachnin (JeffY on the boards) the SLP Eng Chief Engineer.

Thank you Jeff, and everyone else behind the scenes at SLP Engineering. You built some fun cars for us! It was a great run.

Good luck with your future endeavors.

Thanks to both of them who helped get us into these cars!

I've met both of them and they are both wonderful people, and I wish them the best! Thanks for everything!

Hi everyone. I'm a SLP board refugee and I hate to hear what's going on over there. I work in the computer industry so believe me, I'm no stranger to tough times lately.

Still, I would like to thank these guys from the bottom of my heart. Every car I've ever owned except for my little S10 has been a Camaro or Firebird, and now I have a 2002 Firehawk which is pretty much a dream to own. I wish everyone over there at SLP the best for the future and sincerely thank them for doing so much for us enthusiasts with these cars. Thanks a ton guys and gals!!

I feel the same way,Mac. Jeff was the first direct contact I had at SLP. I am very glad to have gotten the chance to meet and talk with him at the rally. Good luck in whatever is next Jeff!

JeffY,
If you read this, you are still invited to be the guest speaker at the FirehawkFest in Sacramento on Saturday night the 27th of September. I wish I could more, but about all I could do is to offer you and your bride a free dinner. We'd sure love to have you here
Best wishes, either way

Wow, sorry to Jeff going! It was always nice to be able to go to someone with his knowledge that was so willing to help out!

Anyone know where he's going?
