Is there really a difference between the two?
The things I've noticed are... the Comp T/As came with BF Goodrich tires instead of Firestones, more limited production numbers on a Comp T/A, only available in 95-97, only available in silver exterior, only available in graphite interior, and they all have a WS6 hood.
Am I missing anything else? How about performance...are they equal to a Firehawk?

Comp T/A vs. Firehawk

Comp T/A is a Sliver WS6 thats it.. One could say it's one of the rare models SLP built.
But market demmand in the future will show if it is a true collectable car.
As for difference between the 2 for the years, I would think you could get more options with the Firehawk's and I think the Hawks were all formulas during the Comp years.

Firehawks were always Formula's until '99. (I believe that was the first year you could order it as a Formula or Trans Am.) The Comp TA's were Trans Am's, and few were made making them indeed rare birds. Both made (tweaked) by SLP.

There were a few LT1 pilot cars that were TA-based but generally they could only be ordered as Formulas.LEHAWK wrote:Firehawks were always Formula's until '99.
