Window Sticker FYI

Post by Dave Hamburger » Fri Aug 03, 2007 1:24 pm

I've been working with SLP on the window sticker reproductions and after much hard work, they are finally available. The part number is 10978 and can be had by SLP direct at 732-349-2109. The window sticker reproductions are available for all 1996-2002 Firehawks. The price for the window sticker reproduction is $59.95..

They've got a limited number of of the original window stickers and are doing the reprints at SLP so your ship time should be quick depending on the backlog.

I figured I've give the Firehawk owners about a week long heads up before I let the SS owners know they are available.

Thanks,

Dave

Folks, thanks for the response - Kevin at SLP just called me and says they ran into a glitch and will start printing the decals towards mid week next week.

Thanks again!

I just called slp to place my order, they said it will be about a week or so before they start. So he took my name & phone number and year of the hawk and said as soon as he gets the go ahead he would call me back & get all the info then.

Not yet, I have not yet found any original window stickers. If and when I find them, they will become available. I do have photocopies of all of the original comp window stickers so that will make it very easy when the time comes.

No, anyone can help you. They will have the online ordering ready next week as well.

You need the VIN when you place the order.

Thanks,

David, good job, did these cars ever have a "build sheet" like the older generation cars? I bet you guys could sell a ton of those.....

There was a GM build sheet, but if you didn't find it in the glove box or in the rear hatch, it was probably thrown away at the plant or dealer level. I can't reproduce those, that would be a GM job.

in the rear hatch
when you say rear hatch, you mean under the trim or just loose in the car hatch area...?
