Is there any chance you would rather do it over the Labor Day Weekend? I will be out there for that weekend as well as with a bunch of other F-bodies. Not asking you to change the day on my account but if you do not get enough interest and would rather do it on Labor Day weekend, I would definitely be in and can help you spread the word.

labor day would be fun for sure! but i already have dates forcasted for the firehawk rally in Aug. and i maybe transferring back to the frozen tundra known as Minot AFB, North Dakota around aug/sept. time frame .. time will tell on that one, i may get really lucky and find myself in Cape Canaveral, Fl at the end of the year as well, way to early to tell right now.

Re: Firehawk fest 2009 !!
it's easier to make HP numbers with an LSx over an LTx. for my '95 i have an intercooled t67 rearmount turbo and a fully forged 385cu.in motor. as far as systems go and LSx's, there is Procharger, Vortech, STS, APS... there are more i just dont know the names. for more information refer to ls1tech.com http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/forced-induction-9/

Re: Firehawk fest 2009 !!
thanks! Did you build the motor on intentions of making more HP or did untimely circumstances rear thier ugly heads and you took advantage of it?
What about your rear end and drive train it needed to be beefed up? I put a ford narrowed 9" in my 95 camero with 33 strange axles splines. It ran in the quarter 6.96 @201 mph before it gernaded with a bad dose of nos. I dont even touch the stuff any more. I was tring to make a on board computer program to prevent that from happening to others. The plc will take the vibration and some minor glitches to sort out!

Re: Firehawk fest 2009 !!
We will have to get on the phone some time and talk. I would like to attend Firehawk fest, I need a location a date. My wife is expecting at the end of July.... but I do have some other buddies that have WS6 that would love to come and check it out. We are located in Canada and need an excuse to "burn the carbon out of it ".
