Katherine,

It's more of a barley event than a grape event. Sprinkled with Zaino!

Ok, Maplehawk, understood. The Vox martini's are a no go :( But I am glad to hear it is not a snob event. I have to attend several snob events a year because of my job. However, I still would like to bring a nice large pitcher of Delaware Style Lemonade (Jack Daniels Reserve/Triple Sec/Cointreau/Lemonade) would all ya beer drinkers like to share some Delaware hospitality? :D

 Oh, that will work just fine. We had margaritas last year thanks to Bob Gaydo and his cigarette lighter power cord.

8) Cool, I need to check into one of those cords, it could be real handy! Just one warning - you all will be drinking out of paper Smiley, aka Mr. Happy cups. I'll bring the bottle of Cointreau in case Bob repeats the Margaritas so we can have FRENCH MARGARITAS. What does everyone do for munchies? What type of eateries are around? the only reason why I am asking is because I had to promise to leave room in the Hawk for the luggage; therefore, I am not allowed to pack the cooler :(

Katherine,
This is most definitely NOT a snob event. It won't take long and you'll see what I mean.
Your offer of Delaware Hospitality is most gracious and I for one will accept your offer of "Lemonade" :D
As far as munchies, they do have a concession stand with the usual dogs, burgers, drinks and snacks. I think most people try to bring something with them to the track. It's better and cheaper.
See ya there, Bob D

How about Jerry & Melody from Florida?

This is our first rally, since we bought our FH last August. We'll be staying at the Holiday Inn.

You might try to get ahold of Malcom Glover. He moved down to the Carolinas last year, and made the trip with his 2001 Hawk. He left that beautiful 94 at home :(

Malcom...if you are out there reading this...are you coming?? :)

We'll be heading out sometime Friday and I wanted to see if there are any convoys heading our way.
Thanks, Tom
