10th Firehawk Rally -- Holiday Inn Deadline

Hi Everyone:

It is almost time for the 10th Annual Firehawk Rally August 7th & 8th.
We have a block of 40 rooms at the Holiday Inn Sandusky. I am delighted
to say they are almost all taken. There are a few rooms left under our group. The deadine to get these rooms at our group rate is July 5th. 2004. Our group rate will save you at least $40.00 a night off the regular price. If you have not reserve you room please do so ASAP. You will need the password for the group rate. I've been holding off on registering as my Dad is in the hospital and I was hoping to see him safely home before I made a commitment to attend. I guess I'll just have to make the reservations and hope for the best.

Things have taken a turn for the worse, so I may not be able to attend after all. I'm going to have to hold-off on making reservations at least. I'm still hoping that I'll be able to make it but I can't commit to it right now-and maybe not before the 7/5 cut-off.

Thanks,Mac. My dad is recovering from his second surgery over the course of a week's time,but things are looking better each day and I think I'll chance the reservations tomorrow. Can someone e-mail me the code word?

It is July 8th, 3 days after the suppossed deadline, and they have rooms and continue accepting reservations under the Firehawk block. If anyone needs to split a room, email me, as I have a double non smoking, and am on a budget.

If Camino needs a last minute room due to circumstances, can work with that too.

I asked them too extend the deadline a week and give us an extra 5 rooms

Thanks for the offer Steve K. , but I booked my room and should be able to make the event. My Dad is finally home again and improving, so all should go as planned. Thanks again for the offer, It's appreciated.
