Not to mention we can help you with question on your Do it yourself installs to save more money

What are you referring to as range bound??

Complicated formula......based on profitability and CSI (customer service index)

I'll have one coming, just don't know how much!!

Another thought, is to see if anyone (single) is willing to split hotel costs.
This would represent a big savings also, but I will work on that as time goes on. Although, it would probably be a good idea to solicit a response early.

Eventually, it will all come together and I can better determine needs when March/April rolls around. Unfortunately, I am not a gear head, and nor do I have the facilities to even undertake the repairs. I do have a friend who is willing to help on the cam install, but that is the last thing to be completed. Man, I would love to have the suspension upgraded, and my XE-grind 224 cam for the rally, but we'll see.

Even trying to quick smoking, which would save me plenty too!

Actually, Matt, I made the trip to the Norwalk Rally from CA 3 times. Twice in the '93 and once in the '02. But who's counting?

What are the details of the rally? Who's invited?

I just put down a deposit on a #496 of 99 (found it in the For Sale section) so I'm definitely a newbie. We'll be bringing it home once the weather breaks.

Everyone is invited that owns a Firehawk. To participate in the judging you have to be a member of the FAOA, but you can still get into the show without joining.

The details can be found on www.firehawk.org, although there doesn't appear to be any details for the 11th Annual Rally. Its held in Norwalk Ohio, in conjunction with the Pontiac Nationals.

I'll be there. I'm not sure if I'm bringing my car or my dad's, but I think I'm going to trailer whichever one I bring.

Chong and I will be there again this year. We sure missed it last year. Need to show off my new paint job on the hood. Some folks saw it at the TA Nationals and thought it looked pretty good. The real test is the Firehawk Rally. Hoping to break into the 12s this year too. Can't wait to give it a shot.

If I am still stationed here in Alabama, I may not go due to the long drive time and cost associated with the drive. If I appear somewhere closer, there is a better chance I can go (someone has to talk the wife into going...psst...are there any good shopping malls in Norwalk).

Not looking good this year for making the rally, based on a review of multiple factors. May be accepting another position, plus too many other locals activities demanding my time.

I was really looking forward to the trip, but don't want to come until I have a shot at KEITH either :D

Will know for sure within a couple more weeks. Life is crazy and ever-changing
