John Fitzpatrick - Camaro Mktg Mgr. (aka Fbodfather 2.0)
Dave Rynard - President - C.I.C.C. (aka Indy Dude)
Scott Settlemire - Chevy Shows and Exhibits (aka Fbodfather Classic)

This message was from the Fbodfather himself...Scott Settlemire. Thought I would post up the info for the 2008 F-body Reunion. I'm sure it is going to be HUGE and an event that you wouldn't want to miss especially with the unveiling of the 5th gen in October! We're planning on going to this one since we weren't able to go this year due to my surgery. Sure would be cool to have some more f-bods cruise across the states with us

U mean the Speedway will allow f-body owners to lap the track in their own f-bodies?

I know they allowed some Ricers @ NOPI Nats in Atlanta last year, but I believe it was a FEE w/escort (governed speeds)

Heck, these b-body V8's can easily hit 150 mph unless you are running a higher gear ratio

Does this event happen every year?

I don't think I can make both this and the Pontiac Nationals/Firehawk rally in the same year. There are closer speedways to my home but there is only one Brickyard.

Always shoot for the stars. Even if you don't get there you could still reach the moon, a good alternative. Someday, you might just hit that star. You will never know unless you try.

No it does not. Last time was back in 2000.

GM hasn't said it officially yet, but this will be the coming out event for the 2010 Camaro.

Yes, there will be laps of the Brickyard in you own car. Yes, speed governed.

CICC has a webpage up with some intial info.
