2000 Firehawk #0257

Post by ryno346 » Tue Jun 30, 2015 1:42 am

For sale is Firehawk #257 Comes complete with SLP birth certificate, window sticker, and build sheet. Also provided in photos is a recent vehicle background check.

1 of 9 Pewter Automatic T-Top Trans Am Firehawks with the Auburn limited slip differential (currently is upgraded to 4.10 gear ratio, but has original 3.23 gear should purchaser be so inclined), and the IROC spoiler.
It also has the impossible to replace Firehawk floor mats, the Billstien Suspension (starting to show it's age a bit), and the oil and lube package.
The only two factory options this car did not have were the Firehawk wheels, it sports gunmetal grey Corvette C5 17x9.5 rims with good tires, the second option being the SLP car cover.

As far as the car's readiness to be cruise ready there are only a couple known flaws, it has typical cracks in door panels, and dash, and a small tear in the driver's seat, it will need an ASE OBDII Brake Bleed, a gravity bleed will do just fine, but I have really been impressed with the ABS guided bleed. If asking price is met, I will help trailer part or all of the way, depending on distance.

FYI, that is the SLP option spoiler for the year, but not the 'IROC' design.
(IROC is the generally used term for the 2001-2002 series SLP option spoiler.)
That year 2000 design is often referred to as the "Ol' Lumpy".

Bad door panels, dash, & seat are factors that are hard to repair/replace easily, but can be done.
The original wheels are gone, & they could be replaced if someone search hard enough.
But some people prefer an aftermarket design wheel.
And its had the door decals replaced since new also.

Good Luck, ..., 8)

Pontiac Fan,you are correct. My Window sticker says "limited edition pontiac spoiler"

As far as minimal interior damage, they really aren't that difficult to fix, or replace.

Thanks for looking I am entertaining offers well below the NADA classic car guide.

Help me find a good bird, a good home!
