Let me get back with you and see if these are what I can use. I'm spinning alot at the drahs with the KDW's and was looking for drag radials. I also know it costs $35 each to ship UPS unless you have a cheaper way, as that's what it was to ship my tires.

I'll check back asap.

drag tires

Post by hawk 525 & 593 » Sat May 29, 2004 9:24 pm

I'm interested in the drag radials. How much tread life is left? What size tires are they? I'm in Snellville so i'm not that far from you. I'd like to take a look at them when's a good time?

The Tires are 17" and fit the Firehawk wheels. In response to the Kiss Guy - I am unsure whether they are still produced with the same name. They have a lot of tread life left and no damage from any road or track time.

If you still have them July 1st, I will take them. Find out how much shipping will be though. I think UPS will be $35 at the most, as I had tires shipped from CA to VA before I moved here and they were $35 each.

Any way you can email pics of them?

 Sure thing. I have a UPS store very close and will take one in and check. Please E-Mail me your address and I can verify as they base most charges on Zip code

Sent it in pm.

By the way, how well are the .373 gears and the high stall convertor doing? Notice much difference with the gears or the normal drivability with the convertor? I'm thinking of doing the same.

The Nittos are still for sale - Charles are you still interested. Soemthing came up and The Kiss Guy couldn't buy them. I have the original Sales slip on them - $379.50 and they were on the car for maybe 3K miles at the most.
