On a hot day. the paint on both sides of the T top bubble and bleed a thin line of fluid.
What caused that and what can be done to fix it?

52 pages of people with the same problem over the years.

Proper way to fix it is to remove the B-Pillar panel all together, remove the old existing glue, which is the problem, & replace with a new unit.
Bigger problem now is that GM may not have any more available.

Print the TSB document & take it to your local dealer & see if they'll work with you to replace it under warranty.
Some will, most won't.
Mine did when the car was at 37k miles & over warranty date by some small amount. Can't remember exactly, it was many, many years ago, ...

Good Luck, ..., And Welcome a'board', ..., 8)
And make sure your car is on the registry site;

When I had them fix mine I used this service bulliten. "#03-08-98-001A to replace roof due to bubbles in the paint around the perimeter (Apr 2, 2003)". They told me it was not the paint but, due to the fiberglass was not throughly cured.
