Good evening all,
After three months I finally took delivery of the 2002 SOM Formula Firehawk M6 #0685. The car currently has 18" CCW wheels with BFG g-Force T/A's on it (275/35ZR18 95Y front, 295 rear). There is a set of factory chrome Firehawk wheels on eBay right now that several on here are probably eyeballing, including myself. My preference would be to put an original set back on it. The tires I have in mind are either the same that are currently on it (275's all the way around), but I'm also looking at the Nitto NT05.
Any recommendations from you guys??
By the way, so far I'm impressed with the car. I have put close to 2,000 miles on it already with the odometer showing just over 14,000 miles. I'm compelled to want to do some mods to it but reluctant to do so on a Firehawk, thus part of the reason why I would like to put a set of factory wheels back on it. I have gone to several cruise-ins with the car and so far I have been the only 4th gen Firebird, and most certainly the only Firehawk.
Thanks again,
Matt

Re: TIRE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR 2002 FIREHAWK
I recently did the same, I removed some foose wheels it had and installed the original wheels .i decided to go with the NT555 275's all around. Been driving for about 300 miles and they have been great, been trying to get it out of the Garage and put some miles on it.Heres a pic when I installed the rears ones! I also been wanting to modify it but I'm just going to keep it stock. Jump on the wheels took me buying on here and one there to get all four.
