Finally coming along

Post by LTX_OUTLAW » Sun Jan 05, 2014 11:34 am

Hey guys for the last 2 years I have been going through the thick of it with my 93 formula. When I got it there was a long repair list from emission's, cooling, fuel, ignition and even the transmission was starting to go. But I took my time and with a lot of patience from my wife I took this project on. I currently own quite a few 4th gen birds ranging from the 93 formula and 94, 95 and 96 Trans am's. But this time I wanted to do something different, I have always been impressed by the stock level of performance you get from the 4th gen cars with even the stock LT1. I also been impressed in the SLP car's for the level of performance they offered with their car's with upgraded rear ends, and suspension mods and overall better performance. So staying within a tight budget I decided to utilize some of the same performance parts that were used with these cars. But I really wanted a original Firehawk hood and I finally came across someone who was parting a Firehawk who had the same color and even had the same year so I jumped on it here is some pics of the swap.

Everything with the swap went well but I noticed the intake bellow was slightly damaged and I would like to replace it before it gets too bad so if someone know where I can any of the following part number's it would be helpful THX P/N 14104552 LID, 12553505 LOWER LID, 14104557 BELLOW

Which part #'s are you looking for? my 95 has a owners manual supplement that has all the part #'s listed, but I don't think they're much good..

A while back I came across a member on another site who had 3 SLP dual/duals for sale and I bought all 3 they costed me a good penny but they were exactly what I was looking as far as sound and quality
