285/40/17 On 9" Rim

Post by skymaster7 » Mon Jan 27, 2014 9:06 pm

Has anyone tried 285/40/17 like a Nitto 555 on a 9" width rim ? If so how was the fit on the rim and inside the rear wheel well.

Most newer tires are narrower than the original equipment sooo a 285 will most likely "look" correct.
