I've been using the same pencil style gauge for years, and it was pretty accurate when checked against gauges at the local tire stores and speed shop in town. Unfortunately after years of service it finally broke the other day. I've always wanted a digital, but had people tell me they weren't very good, of course that was years ago too. And no, not any gauge will be fine, as my wife bought a new pencil style at the store and each time I use it on the same tire I get a different result (and we're not talking a pound, usually several pounds diff up and down). That's why I was asking others here, figuring I would get advice on what others use and like.

I prefer analog personally, but they are all pretty much good enough as long as it isn't one of the cheap key chain one sor something.
