the whole inside is ripped apart. it looks like who ever owns it is trying to make it in to a drag car. it's got a full on roll cage and it sayes on the car that it's super charged. and it isn't a hawk, it's got stock 16 rims on the 17" speedlines that all hawks came with. i'm thinking about finding the dude and asking him what he is trying to pull off...

It wouldn't surprise me if it was a real Hawk... someone could have simply built a drag car out of a real Hawk and made a lot of changes including the interior, hood and wheels.hawk584 wrote:the whole inside is ripped apart. it looks like who ever owns it is trying to make it in to a drag car. it's got a full on roll cage and it sayes on the car that it's super charged. and it isn't a hawk, it's got stock 16 rims on the 17" speedlines that all hawks came with. i'm thinking about finding the dude and asking him what he is trying to pull off...
I'm not saying it is a real Hawk but I'm not sure how anyone can say that it isn't based on the limited info in this post.

The decals are not correct, if you look reaaal close the lettering style is different than what it should be. But... there is a firehawk here in Phx that has chrome mirror Firehawk script decals that are not the original lettering style either, but it is a legit Hawk.
Looks like a car that is going to end up getting parted out to me.

yeah the hawk lettering is off. it's just prolly a TA that someone is putting a lot of cash into to make a drag car. which isn't a bad deal for us... cuz people are gonna get their azz beat by a car that says "firehawk"

I know my Firehawk 2001-2002 decals, and those are definitely NOT reflective of those model years.

Obviously you just don't recognized the rare LT1 Trans Am Firehawk with fake hood and script when you see one, just because the wheels are wrong.
