Dragan, you got to start driving that car more. Only 5K miles on it! My '02 has 13K on it. And 5K of that was in the very first week of ownership.DraganHawk wrote:I have a 10th with 5,000 miles and I don't think the market is there for $25k?????
Good luck!

Wow, that bicycle is gettin' a workout
Just crossed over 60K on my Hawk - dead on 15K/year! Average
At least you're preserving the car for future intentions

Wish you good luck, From the stories I've heard Car #2 is the first 10th that was sold to the public. Car #1 was a pilot car not for sale to the public at first.shpoone wrote:Well, it is #001....but I tend to agree at this point. So, in the garage it goes for a while....something like 20 years.DraganHawk wrote:I have a 10th with 5,000 miles and I don't think the market is there for $25k?????

I would say ballpark low 20's high teens it would sell.
I bought the car from a private party in Miami, and even though he claims it was not his daily driver, it already had just under 26,000 on the odometer. There were already visible rock chips in the bumper, hood, and rocker panels, along with a small scrape on the right rear quarter panel. After owning her for about two years, I felt the car deserved to look new again. So I took her in to one of the best local paint shops (they do F-Bodies, Ferraris, Porsches, etc.), and had her redone. The shop was also recommended as my best local choice not to fawk the hood up when stripping and prepping it for repaint. In the process, I got the last right stripe hood decal in existence from SLP. Oh yeah, also got a new windshield put in while I was there too.ladyhawke wrote:This is very tempting, although we are working on getting a garage build. I was wondering why did you get it repainted?
Obviously, the car has mileage. I can't help that...I like to drive it in the Colorado mountains and on road trips!
