No there were slight differences in the LT1 and LS1 versions between the WS6 and Firehawk hoods. However most of the 97 hawks had the WS6 style hood because SLP ran out of the Firehawk hood and didn't want to have anymore made because of the body change coming the next model year.

should be able to get one.
That's the 97 hood which is really the WS6 hood. Good luck finding a OEM 93-96 Hawk hood. whats wrong with the one you have? can't you get it repaired. Post pics of the damage?

If your talking about that one in FL, that one looks like it had a hard life. Your better off finding one for 6K or the paint alone and hood repair would put you higher than some of the well taken care ones i've seen.

The cracks and even the broken part can be fixed and will likely be easier to do than finding a real firehawk hood. I lucked out several years back and found a good firehawk hood and will finish repairing my stock hood that has the perimeter cracks. It will be my spare if I ever need it.
